Tools to Deeper Flexibility with Isaac Pena

Sat, May 17, 2014 at 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Instead of using our bodies to make shapes, we will be emphasizing using shapes to open our bodies. Starting from the most basic floor movements, we will layer stretches in a way that will lead you into deeper flexibility and contortion exercises, standing on our feet as well as our hands! This workshop will be open to all levels and covering the whole body.

$30 for members/$35 for non members
